I help competitors find their flow.

I come from a lineage of coaches and teachers rooted deep in Texas — men and women who understood that the highest form of leadership is not control, but empowerment. That philosophy is not something I learned. It is something I was raised in.

I was a team captain at Notre Dame and won a Grey Cup championship in my final season of professional football. By every external measure, I had arrived.

But what came next was the education that actually qualified me for this work. I walked away from the game I loved because I recognized something most never stop to question: the dream I was living had been inherited, not discovered. My father was a coach. The field house was home. Football gave me discipline, brotherhood, and a standard of excellence — but at some point I knew this was someone else's story I had been living brilliantly. My real dream was still waiting.

What followed was my own. A tragic injury that became a legendary beginning. Multiple ventures launched and lost. Partnerships that cost me — and upgrades that came from the cost. A community I poured into and walked away from out of integrity. Asking my family for help while refusing to let the dream die. Every chapter was costly. Every chapter was mine. And the wisdom that came from it — priceless.

What I found on the other side was not a strategy. It was a truth: being truly rich has nothing to do with finances or success. Fulfillment is an internal shift that transforms your external reality. It is a "suddenly" experience — where your charge activates and the flow returns.

For years, quietly and privately, I have worked with high-level competitors — athletes, artists, founders, and former athletes who never stopped playing the game. They just changed arenas. Game theory thinkers. Strategists. People who see patterns others miss.
